Privacy policy

Last updated: March 29, 2026

This policy describes how the Arcade games site (“we,” “the site”) handles information when you play Dice 21, Poker Dice, and related pages hosted at wholmes.github.io/arcade.

What we don’t do

These games do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to play. We do not sell your personal information.

Information stored on your device

The games may save progress, settings, statistics, and similar data using your browser’s local storage (and, for some features, session storage). This data stays on your device unless you clear it or use another browser or device.

Optional online play

If you use optional multiplayer features, your browser may open a WebSocket connection to a game server. Messages needed to run the match (for example, room codes, game state, or session identifiers) may be sent over that connection. We do not control third-party servers you or your host configure outside this GitHub Pages site.

Hosting and technical data

This site is served using GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information when you load pages (for example, IP address, user agent, and request metadata) as described in GitHub’s privacy statement.

Children

The games are general-audience entertainment. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we should adjust how we describe data practices for younger players, you can contact us as below.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
